ORDERING

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received within the shipping policy time frame, please make sure to enter the following when placing an order:

-Correct Size

-Correct Address (including Apt/Suite #)

-Correct Email

RETURN POLICY

Due to onesies being intimate apparel, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of delivery of  your order. 

Exchanges can be made within 24 hours of delivery of your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. 

BUSINESS DAYS  DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

TRACKING

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it please contact the United States Postal Service.  It is very important to provide the correct address when placing an order.
